Satya Yuga

Treta Yuga

The dwarf Brahmin incarnation. He restored cosmic balance by measuring the universe in three strides, humbling King Bali.

The warrior with an axe. He rid the earth of tyrannical and corrupt Kshatriya kings to restore dharma.

The prince and king of Ayodhya. The embodiment of truth and virtue (Maryada Purushottama), he defeated the demon king Ravana.
Dvapara Yuga

The elder brother of Krishna, wielding a plow. Symbolizes strength, agriculture, and the dutiful brother.

The supreme statesman, warrior, and spiritual guide who delivered the Bhagavad Gita and destroyed evil forces like Kansa.
Kali Yuga

The enlightened one. Lord Vishnu took this form to teach compassion, non-violence, and the middle path, guiding humanity away from ritualism and toward inner awakening.

The future, final avatar. Prophesied to appear on a white horse with a blazing sword to end the Kali Yuga and restore purity.
