Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Yash Pandya (“we”), which operates Sarva Panchang. Using the site or the app means you accept them. If you do not, stop using the service.

They work alongside our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Creating an account confirms that you are. You may generate a chart for someone else if you have the standing to do so, but the account and responsibility for it remain yours.

Sarva Panchang provides panchang, festival, vrat and muhurat information, Jyotish calculators, and an AI chat that answers questions about them. Some features require paid credits. We may change, add or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you have paid for and not used, we will refund it.

Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or career advice. Do not use a reading to decide whether to seek treatment, take medication, marry, divorce, sue, invest, hire, or make any other significant decision. Consult a qualified professional for those.

Astrological interpretation is a traditional practice, not a science with predictive power we can warrant. Different schools disagree, and so do different practitioners. We make no promise that any reading, prediction, gemstone suggestion, muhurat or compatibility score is accurate, and no promise of any outcome.

You alone are responsible for what you do with a reading.

We work hard on calculation accuracy, but calculation accuracy is not interpretive truth, and even calculations can carry errors. Verify anything that matters before relying on it.

One account per person. Keep control of the sign-in you use — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at sarvapanchang@gmail.com if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

AI features run on credits. New accounts get a small number free; more come from credit packs or a subscription. The price and the number of messages each pack contains are shown at checkout, and those are the figures that apply to your purchase.

• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open
• Subscription credits refresh each billing period and do not carry over
• Credits are forfeited if you delete your account
• Free credit is one per person; using extra accounts to claim it again is a breach

If a message fails through a fault on our side, we refund the credit. If a reply is simply not what you hoped for, that is not a fault and the credit stands.

Subscriptions are billed by our payment provider on a recurring mandate you authorise at checkout, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.

Cancel any time from Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends. If a renewal fails we may retry and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. We will give notice before any price increase. One active subscription per account.

Credits are delivered instantly and consumed as you use them, so purchases are generally not refundable. We will refund if you were charged twice, if you paid and the credits never arrived, if a fault on our side made a paid feature unusable for a sustained period, or if we withdraw a feature you paid for and did not use.

Ask within 7 days at sarvapanchang@gmail.com with your payment reference. We respond within 7 working days, and an approved refund reaches your original payment method within 5–10 working days, less the value of any credits already spent.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Do not:

• Scrape, bulk-extract or resell our content
• Reverse engineer, or work around rate limits, paywalls or credit accounting
• Open multiple accounts to claim free credit repeatedly
• Upload anything unlawful, or anyone’s personal data you have no right to use
• Attempt to make the AI produce harmful, illegal or abusive content
• Interfere with the service or probe it for vulnerabilities
• Present our output as your own professional advice to others

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, without refund.

The site, app, design, text and artwork belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes.

Charts and readings you generate are yours to use personally. You may not build a competing service from them or redistribute our content in bulk. Traditional astrological knowledge is not ours and we claim no ownership of it; our implementation and written content are.

The AI chat is generated by third-party language models and can be confidently wrong. It can misread a chart, invent a rule, get a date wrong, or contradict itself between answers.

Your questions and chart data are processed by third-party providers to produce a reply — see the Privacy Policy. Do not put anything in the chat you would not want processed that way. Identical questions can produce different answers; that is how these models work and is not a fault we will refund.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance or change features. Outages at our service providers can interrupt ours. We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability beyond the refund position in section 8.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, opportunities or data
• We are not liable for any decision you take on the basis of a reading, prediction, muhurat, matching score or AI answer
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater

If your misuse of the service or breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. Deleting forfeits unused credits and remaining subscription time — cancel and let the period run out first if that matters, and ask for any refund before you delete.

We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, for fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. The sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law survive the account ending.

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the version marker. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.
